“What struck me was the thoughtful restoration evident throughout, creating a comfortable and well-appointed retreat that feels both private and remarkably close to Stamford. The hosts' generosity, including fresh eggs from their own hens, added a warm, personal touch to an already appealing stay. It's a place where the quiet country setting subtly enhances the overall comfort.”
