Eco-Friendly & Sustainable Practices
Manor Farm Stay holds a Silver Award from Green Tourism for its environmentally sustainable practices. The working farm operates with a strong focus on eco-tourism, recycling bins provided in all accommodation and wild gardens that host free-range hens and ducks. Guests can collect fresh eggs from the chickens and feed the farm animals including Stanley the horse and Bam and Milky the sheep.
Accommodation Options
The bed and breakfast offers three en suite guest rooms with handcrafted beds, cozy duvets, and views of the farm fields or Lincolnshire Wolds. From March to October, six luxury self-catering glamping pods are available, each with a private bathroom, kitchenette, and outdoor seating area designed by the owners. The pods are named after farm animals and feature themed decor such as chicken duvet covers and cow prints.

Breakfast is made from locally sourced produce, with eggs collected from the farm's hens and home-baked bread and marmalade served daily. The 10-minute walk to Sutton-on-Sea's sandy beach allows dogs to run freely on the clean shore.

The farm is a 15-minute walk from the golden sandy beaches of Sutton-on-Sea and Sandilands, with access to the Lincolnshire Wolds for walking and cycling. Bicycle storage is provided for guests who want to explore the flat country lanes and coastal trails.
