“What stands out is the genuine warmth from the hosts, Richard and Sam, whose attentiveness, from accommodating early arrivals to thoughtful gestures like clearing snow from a car, creates a deeply personal and welcoming atmosphere. Guests consistently remark on the comfort of the rooms, often highlighting well-appointed furnishings and exceptionally comfortable beds, which contribute to a restful stay. The character of the older house, combined with a substantial breakfast selection and the owners' helpful local advice, makes for a well-rounded and rather pleasant experience.”
